Is It True that the Thicker the Stainless Steel Sink, the Better？
Some people believe that the thicker the stainless steel sinks are, the better. However, that's not the fact. According to mode of production, stainless steel sinks are classified into drawn stainless steel sinks and hand-made stainless steel sinks. As for stainless steel sinks, their thickness is somehow limited. This is because the panels cannot be too thick. If they are obsessively thick, the step of punching cannot be conducted. Moreover, obsessive thickness usually means the sink is more weighted, which may cause some trouble for installation. What’s worse, it may damage the good feature of toughness in the material itself and cause deficiency in the final product if too much attention is paid to the thickness of sinks.
